Any purchase made at House of Diamonds comes with complimentary Express Shipping anywhere in the world - no questions asked.

Australia

If you are based in Australia, we use Australia Post Express Postage service for all our deliveries. You will receive a tracking number once production for your item is complete and ready to be shipped.

All countries outside of Australia

For anyone located outside of Australia, we use several services including FedEx, TNT, and DHL. We select the express options with cache to ensure the fastest delivery times possible. You will receive a tracking number with the postage service selected once production for your item is complete and ready to be shipped. Delivery times will vary depending on each country; however, usually, if there aren't any delays, the estimated delivery date should be 3-6 business days.

All duties and taxes are to be paid in full by the customer. International customers should check their importation policies prior to ordering with House of Diamonds. Local taxes and duties are excluded in our charge. You will incur a fee when the piece arrives in your country. Please inquire as to how much this will be prior. All taxes and duties are to be paid by you, the recipient.

Shipping insurance

Our complimentary shipping also includes shipping insurance, meaning they are covered for any loss or damage when they are en route to you. Once you receive the package, it is up to you, the customer, to arrange your own insurance for the piece of jewellery you have purchased.
